Saturday 06 December at 6.30pm in St Andrew’ Church
Not a service, not a concert but an evening of carols in the English folk tradition performed by some of Leicestershire's foremost folk singers. These are the carols that were sung in the churches and on the streets before the Victorians wrote Good King Wenceslas and In the Bleak Midwinter! This is a genuine traditional Christmas with much lively singing and plenty of opportunity for the audience to join in, with both familiar and less well known carols.
Come along and kick-start your Christmas with a good sing!
